Motion Perception (post 2)

One other type of MOTION PERCEPTION is the Stroboscopic effect. This is a visual phenomenon caused by aliasing that occurs when constant motion is shown by a visual series of short or instantaneous samples. A strobe light is a good example of this. - HANK
